Wrong size? No problem. We offer one free exchange per order for size issues. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and tags intact.
Damaged or wrong item — full refund or replacement
Received a defective or wrong product? Contact us within 48 hours with a clear photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchange conditions
Exchange is valid only if the requested size is in stock. If unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered. Shipping cost for exchange may apply.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds processed within 5–7 business days. COD orders refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
